My Quarter 2 goal…
By our second round of fitness testing (Q2), I would like to get nine minutes or less on my mile run.
The Step/Strategy I’ll Take…
- Practice running on the running machine for a minimum of 4 days in a week, and check for improvement in the time.
What are some barriers?
I know time working on homework will be a major barrier for me, but I’ll try to solve that by running before doing homework.
